Each artwork and collectible piece is handled with great care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
This Return & Refund Policy outlines when you may request a return, replacement, or refund.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. General Policy

Because our products include original artworks, limited editions, lenticular pieces, and Handeculars, many items are final sale and made or prepared uniquely for each customer.

 Therefore, we do not accept returns for:

  • Original paintings
  • Lenticular prints
  • Handecular collectible pieces
  • Limited edition prints
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer

These items are non-returnable except where required by applicable UK consumer protection law.


2. Eligible Returns (If Applicable)

We may accept returns only if:

  • The wrong item was delivered,
  • The artwork arrived in damaged condition,
  • You received an item not matching your order description,
  • A unique situation qualifies for an exception (case-by-case review).

Any approved return must be authorized in writing before the item is shipped back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

Your artwork is professionally packaged and shipped in crates or reinforced boxes.
However, if damage occurs during transit:

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos of:
    • the outer packaging
    • the crate/box
    • the damaged area of the artwork
  3. Email all information to: info@handeugur.art

We will open a carrier insurance claim and guide you through next steps.

Depending on the artwork type, we may:

  • Repair the piece (if possible),
  • Replace it (for prints only),
  • Issue a refund (if replacement is not possible).

Original paintings cannot be replaced but may be refunded if damage is verified.


4. Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return or claim is reviewed, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time varies depending on your bank or card issuer
  • Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law

Partial refunds may be offered if only part of the order was affected.


5. Return Shipping

If a return is authorized:

  • We will provide return instructions
  • Artwork must be shipped back in its original crate or equivalent professional packaging
  • Buyer is responsible for proper repackaging
  • In some cases, the return shipping cost will be covered (damage-based cases)

We reserve the right to decline refunds for items returned in poor or unsafe packaging.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Original artworks
  • Lenticular prints
  • Handeculars
  • Limited edition prints
  • Items on sale
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or commissioned work
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Items returned in damaged or incomplete condition
  • Items damaged by improper handling after delivery

7. Order Cancellations

Before the item ships:

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

After the item ships:

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Made-to-order prints and originals cannot be cancelled once preparation or production has begun.


8. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for artwork or collectible items due to their unique nature.


9. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is lost in transit:

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier
  • Resolution time may vary based on the courier
  • A refund or replacement will be issued only after the courier confirms the package is lost

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, strikes, or global events.
