This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, packaged, shipped, and delivered.

Hande Ugur Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) ships artworks and products worldwide from our studio and fulfillment partners.


1. Order Processing Time

We aim to prepare your order within the following timeframes:

• Original Paintings

3–7 business days
(inspection, documentation, and custom crate preparation)

• Lenticular Prints

5–10 business days
(lens surface inspection + reinforced crate or rigid box preparation)

• Handeculars (Special Edition Art Objects)

5–10 business days
(custom foam-cut crate preparation)

• Small Prints / Accessories

2–5 business days

Processing times may extend during holidays, production periods, or high-volume seasons.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has left our studio.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination

  • artwork type

  • package size & weight

  • insurance options

  • courier rates

We aim to offer fair, transparent rates for collectors worldwide.


3. Shipping Methods

We ship through trusted global carriers:

  • DHL Express

  • FedEx International

  • UPS

  • Royal Mail / International Tracked

High-value artworks ship with full tracking and insurance.
Carrier selection is based on artwork size, destination, and best available rate.


4. Worldwide Shipping

We proudly ship internationally.
Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by region

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply

  • These fees are the responsibility of the buyer

  • Customs delays are beyond our control


5. Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch:

United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

Australia & Asia: 10–20 business days

Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs or carrier delays.


6. Professional Art Packaging & Crate Protection

We use museum-standard packaging to ensure your artwork arrives safely.

A) Original Paintings (Acrylic / Mixed Media)

All original artworks are shipped in a custom-built wooden crate.

Each painting is:

  • wrapped in archival protective material

  • cushioned with shock-absorbent layers

  • secured inside a bespoke wooden crate

  • sealed to protect from humidity, pressure, and movement

This method is the global industry standard for fine art transport.


B) Lenticular Prints

Due to the sensitive lens structure, lenticular works receive enhanced protection.

Shipped in:

  • custom crates, or

  • reinforced art boxes for certain sizes

with:

  • corner guards

  • anti-scratch layers

  • vibration-resistant foam

  • impact-resistant wrapping

This ensures flawless lens condition upon arrival.


C) Handeculars (Collectible Art Objects)

Handecular editions are packed with high-end crate protection:

  • custom-cut foam interiors

  • double-layer protection

  • rigid crate exterior

  • sealed shock-resistant structure

Each Handecular is treated as a luxury collectible during transport.


D) Prints & Small Items

Shipped in:

  • rigid mailers

  • reinforced tubes (if applicable)

  • padded art boxes

  • protective sleeves

All packaging materials are designed to keep items flat, clean, and protected.


7. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.


8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We cannot refund or replace items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Lost Packages

If a shipment is lost, we will assist with the carrier investigation.
Refund or replacement availability depends on the carrier’s resolution and insurance coverage.

Damaged Deliveries

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph both the packaging and the item

  2. Contact us within 72 hours at info@handeugur.art

  3. We will begin a claim process with the carrier

We may request additional photos or documentation.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or global events.
However, we always do our best to support you in resolving issues.


10. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Some artworks—especially prints—may be produced after your order is placed.
Processing timelines will be listed on the product page.

Shipping begins once production is complete.


11. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately due to:

  • size differences

  • crate requirements

  • production times

  • separate fulfillment partners

You will receive tracking for each package.
